SaskInteractive is proud to have a team participating in the Big Brothers Regina Bowl for Kids’ Sake 2017!
Bowl for Kids’ Sake is Big Brothers of Regina’s largest fundraiser of the year and SaskInteractive has seized the opportunity to put together a team to raise money. As an organization that’s committed to helping grow Saskatchewan, we understand the benefit of working with youth, especially when the programs that Big Brothers puts on generates an average social return on investment of $18 for every dollar spent on their programs!
So how did we get involved?
Our member services coordinator Elaine has been volunteering with Big Brother by mentoring a 9 year old girl named Darlin. They hang out about once a week and try to experience something new all the time. In the last six months, Darlin has had the opportunity to start learning to swim, attend her first Regina Pats game, and experience Virtual Reality games at The Grid!
Saskatchewan is known for our work ethic-we’re no strangers to bootstrapping! SaskInteractive is asking you to help us and Big Brothers utilize our resources for kids like Darlin so that they can have mentors who will help them grow. Let’s show the kids at Big Brothers Regina what it means to be a part of this great community!
