This weekend (August 20/21, 2022), SaskInteractive is headed to the Regina Expo – and we’re bringing a few of our awesome community members with us. So, before we head out, we want to introduce you to these amazing members!
Patrick Larsen has worked as a Research Technologist with Impact Lab at the University of Regina for the past three years. At the lab he does work on eye tracking research to develop control schemes to allow people with disabilities to play video games. If that wasn’t enough, during his free time Patrick has been working on making games as a hobby. Previously he released a mobile skill game called T-Rocket for Android.
If you come by the booth this weekend, you’ll be able to see Patrick’s latest endeavour – THICC: The Himalayan Ice Climbing Challenge. THICC is an online party game where players compete against each other in a series of climbing challenges. THICC has been in development on and off for about a year now, with the help of Quinn McCallion-Bolen who has been providing the art for the project.
Make sure you swing by the booth and check this incredible project out!
