This summer the Saskatchewan Media Production Industry Association (SMPIA) is hosting the virtual Eye on Saskatchewan Screen Week & Expo – an online event showcasing how Saskatchewan’s film industry is actively leading and creating creative and innovative productions. Scheduled to be hosted from August 22 – 28, the Eye on Sask Screen Week & Expo is sure to be a great event. Make sure to keep an eye on SMPIA’s website and social for continued information.

Industry personnel and the general public alike will come together to take part in online activities that will highlight all that our film industry has to offer. Virtual events will be taking place through the week-long event through various streaming and online platforms. Currently planned events include: Behind the Screen events, workshops, children’s content, features, shorts, documentaries, Indigenous, Francophone, Nostalgic films and more.
