Strong relationship focus required:
Lead a multi-disciplinary Agile team responsible for delivering productivity and collaboration solutions so FCC employees can work better together to deliver value to customers and Canadian agriculture.

What you’ll do:
– Provide formal leadership to a team of information technology professionals working in a highly collaborative environment
– Coach employees through Agile delivery processes and methodology such as Scrum or Kanban
– Remove impediments affecting velocity or quality of deliverables to help the team be productive and focused
– Help develop visionary goals for the team

Desired Skills & Experience

What you’ll need:
- A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or administration and at least six years of related experience (or equivalent)
- In-depth understanding of cloud computing and Office 365
- Proficiency in technologies that pertain to telephony, videoconference, computers and smart devices
