SaskInteractive, a pioneering organization in the Saskatchewan creative interactive media industry, is on the lookout for a dynamic ED. This full-time, salaried position offers an exciting opportunity to steer the organization toward its strategic goals, fostering innovation and growth within the industry.
Your Role:
Reporting to the board of directors, you will be the driving force behind our organization, working closely with the board of directors to craft and execute a compelling vision and strategic plan. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding SaskInteractive's operations, programs, and community relations, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our members and stakeholders.

- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the board to develop a vision and strategic direction. Advise on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Develop policies, manage assets, and seek opportunities for organizational improvement.
- Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs that align with our mission and strategic goals, enhancing the quality and reach of our services.
- Human Resources: Build a strong team by determining staffing needs, overseeing recruitment, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the organization's budget, funding efforts, and financial operations in line with our goals and compliance requirements.
- Community Engagement and Advocacy: Be the face of SaskInteractive, building relationships with key stakeholders and advocating for the industry at all levels.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the organization's security and compliance with legal standards.
- Proven leadership and management experience, ideally within the creative interactive media industry or related fields.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management and fundraising.
- Commitment to fostering teamwork and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
