Development of online knowledge content required:
As part of the Content Marketing & Social Media team, deliver an amazing online learning experience for FCC’s customers and the industry that ultimately helps them grow both themselves and their business. This includes the development of articles, videos, podcasts, tools and resources, as well as working closely with a project team to redesign the current website experience.

What you’ll do:
– Create and implement multimedia content strategies
– Co-ordinate planning, execution and promotion of multimedia tactics (videos, podcasts, webinars and live-stream events)
– Manage relationships with external contractors and collaborate closely with internal partners
– Ensure multimedia tactics feature relevant and timely content
– Plan and coordinate promotional tactics to generate target audience engagement

What we’re looking for:
- Strong communicator and team player who builds relationships
- Strategic thinker able to capitalize on promotional and marketing opportunities
- Multi-tasker able to manage multiple tactics, budgets and calendars
- Experienced video and audio content manager, ideally with an understanding of agriculture, farm business management or the finance industry

What you’ll need:
- Degree in marketing, agriculture or business administration and at least five years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience); knowledge of FCC products and services is an asset.
