Group Discounts

A group discount of 10% is available to February 22 for groups of four or more from the same organization registered at the same time, for the same event (excludes subsidized students). Please contact Barbara at 934.6667 or treasurer@saskinteractive.com to make arrangements as groups cannot be registered on-line.

You have 3 options to submit your registration and payment, which must be in Canadian dollars.
1. Complete the registration form and pay on-line using PayPal.
2. Print and complete the registration form, and mail it with a cheque payable to:

A combined Invoice/Receipt will be issued when you check-in at the Registration desk.

Registrations received by February 25 will be confirmed by email or fax. If you have not received your confirmation by February 26, please call Barbara Rackham at 306.934.6667, or email summit@saskinteractive.com. You are not registered until you receive confirmation.

Method of Payment
Credit card payment is accepted (via PayPal) only if you register on-line. If registering my mail or in person, you must pay by cheque. Make your cheques payable to Saskatchewan Interactive Summit. Payment in FULL in Canadian funds must accompany your registration in order to be processed.

Check-in
To complete your registration, check-in at the Registration desk at the Ballroom B at the following times:

11:30am – 1:00pm
February 29 7:00am – 8:30am

You must wear your name tag to gain access to any Summit session/event.

Cancellations, Substitutions and Changes
If you need to cancel, you may do so in writing for a full refund less a $25 service charge until February 26. Sorry, no refunds or letters of credit are available after this date. To cancel your registration, please

No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.

Substitutions are allowed only with the written permission of the original registrant. Please mail/fax/email your substitution request to the above.

Student Discount

SMPIA (Saskatchewan Motion Picture Association) has generously agreed to support the first 30 student registrations with $75 per student, thereby reducing the student’s cost to $25.

To take advantage of this subsidy :

  1. Complete a registration form on-line. Please record your institution name in the Comments field, and indicate if you wish to pay via PayPal or cheque. Make sure you provide a telephone number where you can be reached and a valid email address.
  2. Email the completed form to summit@saskinteractive.com or fax it to 306.934.2814
  3. If you are paying via PayPal, we will send you an email via PayPal requesting payment of $25.
  4. If you are paying by cheque, please mail or deliver it to:

  5. Please note that payment must be received by February 22 to reserve your seat.

Program Changes and Disclaimers
The Saskatchewan Interactive Media Association reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. All sessions are filled on a first come, first seated basis. Arrive early to ensure a seat! Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited.

Saskatchewan Interactive Media Association reserves the right to use for promotional purposes any photographs taken at the Saskatchewan Interactive Summit.
